• Demonstrated excellence and outstanding achievement in the Latino community
• Significant contributions towards cultural, social, or economic advancement
• Positive impact through advocacy, innovation, or entrepreneurship
• Inspires positive change and creates real, lasting improvements in the lives of those around them
