2-1. List & Product Approval

Sponsor must list (below) items intended for sale/display at the Bradford Latin Festival. Only items approved in writing by Fuerza Latina and the Simcoe Health Department will be allowed.

3.Tax Responsibility

Sponsors are responsible for collecting, reporting, and remitting all applicable sales taxes

4. Site & Logistics Requirements

4-1. Check-In

All Sponsor must check in by 10:00 AM and set up be ready by 10:30 AM on the event date.

4-2. Check-Out

Anytime after 8:00 PM

4-3. Equipment Transport

Sponsor must use a trolley or handcart to transport all equipment and products to and from their booth. Trucks and other motorized vehicles are not permitted to drive inside the park. .

5. Booth & Spaces

5-1. Priority Booth Location

Priority booth location for maximum visibility and exposure—assigned on a first come, first served basis in the prime area.

5-2. Booth Size

Each booth includes 10ft x 10ft space. Displays or equipment must not block the view of the stage or encroach on another Sponsor’s space.

5-3. Booth Sharing

Booth sharing or handing out business cards with another business is strictly prohibited.

6. Insurance

6-1. Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury Insurance

Sponsors are responsible for their own personal property and liability insurance and must provide proof to FLCS. MUST provide a $2M Certificate listing The Corporation of the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury as additional insured, OR obtain a Certificate of Insurance for $23.00 directamente del Municipio de Bradford.

7. Safety & Compliance

7-1. Health & Safety

Sponsor must take all necessary precautions to avoid health hazards.

7-2. Compliance with Safety Regulations

All Sponsors must adhere to the Simcoe Health Dept regulations. .

7-3. Equipment

Sponsor must bring their own tent/canopy, tent weights, extension cords, table(s),chairs, and generators if required.

7-4. Anchoring

7-5. Weather Policy

This is a rain or shine event – there will be no make-up dates or refunds.

Raffles are not permitted - a special license from the Town of Bradford is required.

8. Liability

8-1. Liability for Damages

Sponsors are liable for any damages of any kind caused by them to any individual or self in the premises.

8-2. Right to Refuse

FLCS reserves the right to refuse or cancel contracts for rule/code violations or inappropriate Sponsor conduct, at its sole discretion.

8-3. Release of Liability

II have read the terms and conditions and I expressly release Fuerza Latina Community Services and its employees, servants, agents and organizers of the Bradford Latin Festival from any and all claims whatsoever, any liability for any theft, damage, injury or loss to any persons or goods, which may arise from my participation in this event, and/or by occupying the booths at Bradford Latin Festival. .

8-4. Media Release

Otorgo a Fuerza Latina Community Services (FLCS) y sus afiliados permiso para usar nuestras fotografías o videos en cualquiera de sus publicaciones, incluyendo anuncios publicitarios, sin pago ni ninguna otra contraprestación, y acepto que estos materiales serán propiedad de Fuerza Latina Community Services y/o sus afiliados.

9. Payments

9-1. Full Payment Required

Sponsors agrees to pay the full amount within five (5) days of the date of this agreement via e-transfer to info@fuerzalatinaservices.org Copied! or by credit card. A service fee of 3% will be applied to all credit card payments.

We'll send your receipt after payment is confirmed.

9-2. No Refunds

All payments made to Fuerza Latina for participation in the Bradford Latin Festival are non-refundable.
