Mujeres Latinas Network International
This program is 100% free! Mujeres Latinas Network International aims to provide support to women to establish business relationships and form strategic alliances between professionals from various industries.
Fuerza Latina Dance Group
Learn how to dance to the rhythm of a wide range of Latin American genres including Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, Cumbia, and more! This program runs once a week and is open to woman and children.
Be Job Ready Program
This program is designed to help you develop the skills you need to succeed in the job market, especially if you have limited work experience. Whether you're a recent graduate, a career changer, or someone looking to take the next step in your career, Be Job Ready has got you covered!
Adelante!
Adelante is a streaming live show dedicated to educate the youth. Every Last Tuesday of each month you can tune in our Facebook Account at 7:00pm and watch the program.

Gina Balseca
CEO & Founder
Gina Balseca-Aguirre is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Fuerza Latina Community Services since 2018. Gina has committed her life to this organization; tirelessly given her time and resources as the Founder and President of Fuerza Latina since 2003. She has a diploma in Accounting with Honours diplomas in HR Management and Microcomputers. A goal-driven leader with extensive experience in strategy and governance, Gina has focused her efforts on developing people-centric affordable programs and events that maximize a client’s experience. Gina is the Founder of the Vaughan Latin Festival since 2015, Founder of the Latin American-Hispanic Ceremony & Parade since 2016 and the Latin Culture in Partnership with the Vaughan Culture Days since 2010. Her goal is to continue serving our community with the highest level of integrity, dedication and respect. Gina has received Federal Government Volunteer Appreciation Awards, Consulate of Ecuador Certificate of Recognition, Canadian Hispanic Congress Certificate of Recognition, City of Vaughan Volunteer of the Year Award.
